Before you sell About the auction About Autorola.lu

Can the buyer cancel the sale?

No, not if the actual car matches the description from the auction. The new buyer is legally bound to take over ownership rights of your car in exchange for the payment agreed via Autorola.lu. It is therefore important that you carefully follow Autorola.lu's description procedure so that you include every detail. A thorough description ensures an easy and secure sale, where both parties are satisfied. If a car does not fully match its description, the parties generally resolve the dispute through negotiation. This will typically be a reduction in price equivalent to the value of the error(s) in the description. If you need help or advice in connection with the description, you are more than welcome to contact us on +32 (0)3 887 19 00 - We are always ready to help.
